nausea/spins/lower back pain

first it started out were i had frequent urination for about 2 months then i started getting spins. the spins were so bad i couldnt even walk without falling down so i went to the doctors and they told me i have vertigo. then i started have nausea and stomach pain.
And on top of it ive been having lower back pain and hip pain. Also ive been sweating alot at night when i sleep. ive took pregnacy test but all of then were negetive. i dont know what to do i am getting no anwsers.
