Q: Nausea , headaches , aches and pains

One week - very bad headaches, muscle and joint aches and pains, lack of appetite, nause and reflux, followed by thrush the next week and I broke out in an all over red itchy rash, more headaches, lethargy, slight fever, and extreme joint pain today.
Doctor says it is Viral B19 (slap cheek) but I don't know about that. Waiting on blood results, but Dr said it would be getting better now, but I feel like crap, can hardly move today. Any other ideas?
