Q: nausea every morning

I am female , 56, no HRT for past month, no other meds.
I wake up between 6 am and 8 am with nausea.. not every day, but most , and in varying degrees of nausea.

I have severe hearing loss.. my Dr. speculates it may ? be have something to do with my inner or middle ear.. how can that be when I am laying down and sleeping? ,, I dont feel dizzy or vertigo when I wake up. nor during the day.. nausea only in the moring wakng me .. hormones? ..thank you for your input.

Hormones is a possiblity. I am also thinking about blood sugar levels being the problem.
