Q: nausea before period ?

I had a tubal ligation done 5 years ago, and for the last 4-5 months I have been having nausea and headaches. With the headaches I just figured it was time for new glasses and even after getting new ones I still get headaches frequently especially on the first day of my period with the nausea. If you have any comments please tell me or any way to help me.
