Q: nausea as pregnancy symptom

hi, i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on the 28th and 30th of last month. my period is not due until the 17th but i think i could be pregnant. i have been feeling very nauseous, had a heightened sense of smell, with a lot of smells making me feel sick, my nipples are so sore i want to cry and i have noticed white spots on them. i have also had a lot of cramp and some back pain. i have also had bloating and abnormal toilet patterns but i do suffer from ibs. i did a test 3 days ago which came back negative, but i think this would have been too early to show if i was pregnant. do you think i am? any help would be great, i am so confused. fingers crossed : ) x x

If you had unprotected sex, it's possible. Symptoms wouldn't show up this early. It's all probably PMS or in your head. Wait to see if you start your period. If you don't, then test. It should definitely be accurate by then.

If you are unsure, you can test again. Sometimes there's not enough of the pregnancy hormone to give a positive the first time. Otherwise, by worrying that you were pregnant your body could've delayed ovulation which would delay your period. If you haven't started by this Monday I would test again.

confused as well
I am basically having the same symptoms as the other confused girl. My period is due in two days and before my period starts i get insane cramps thats how i know when i am going to start but i am not having any. Instead i am constantly tired i come home from school and i sleep all day and night and i pee like 4 times more than i usually do. Waking up in the middle of the night to pee and i am so sensitive to smell. I hate the smell of coolaid right now when i usually love it and i am eating way more than i usually do. Ugh and i am so light headed at irregular and random times. Could i be pregnant

Take a pregnancy test. If you are having that many symptoms due to pregnancy, a test would be accurate.

honestly, freuquent urination starts after the fetus begins to grow-- usually later in the pregnancy-- ie; weight of the baby etc.. Nausea and smells bothering you--yep they start right away.

If youre really concerned go to a hospital and get tested-- blood test can tell litterally 72 hours from conception. I know because thats how I found out about my son 5 years ago. (hospital visit for another reason ended up confirming pregnancy)

Take care and good luck

Lj
