nausea around midbight for 3 days and it doesn't budge?

Hi, I had unprotected sex about a month ago now, i'm not sure whether this is anything or nothing to be honest, I have been experiencing nausea at around midbight for the past 3 days and it doesn't budge however I have been sick 2 of the 3 times it has happened, my face has constantly been warm, however the rest of my body has been cold, I have lost weight in my face and my legs however my stomach and breasts are larger, I don't even know if its possible to have these signs so early all I know is this is not normal for me, I am experiencing cramping but it isn't like my period cramps, that's the other thing my periods have always been irregular and for the first time my period lasted for 10 days not 3 weeks and if they were regulating, I should have come on 3 days ago, but I haven't, I am regularly urinating and I genuinely feel strange, I am also extremely tired throughout the day and can't wait to go to bed, I also discovered yesterday that my sense of smell has increased and certain smells are really strong to me, I.e my nose then gets sore die to how sensitive it has become with such strong smells, please can someone help me? Is it worth doing a test or not? When should I do a test? I really need some advice I'm panicking
