Hi, I am new on here, so sorry if this is posted wrong!!

I wanted a little advice/comfort. I have been suffering with nausea which sometimes gets so bad, i actually gag. This started happening in April. I get it at least once a week. Sometimes it lasts few minutes, and sometimes it lasts days! I get butterflies in my stomach, and even smells make me feel nauseous (I probably should add that I am not pregnant). When the nausea is particularly bad, I get lots of gas and sudden urge to go to the toilet (sorry for the information!). I also get dizzy spells and feel very, very tired. I do sleep fine, but i can never shake the tiredness away. My favourite place to be is in bed, laying down, because that is when i feel the best! The nausea can strike with no warning, and there seems to be no trigger (although a late night seems to make it worse).

I have been to the doctors so many times, and had blood tests etc. I am on 20mg of prozac which was for OCD issues. In February time I weaned off them, and then when this problem started in April I was put back on the dose I am on now.

I'd really like to know if anyone can give me advice on how to cope with this? It really gets me down. I have had a particuarly bad week with it, and i feel really upset. xx
