Q: nausea and weight loss

I have had extreme nausea, vomiting and a weght loss of 30lbs over the past 4 months. I have had several tests that have resulted in the removal of 3 pollups and finding out that i have cysts on my kidneys and liver and a kidney stone. I have yet to find a treatment to give me some relief.
