On November 22, his penis lightly touched the opening of my vagina (very brief). I am normally not sexually active but was being pressured. I was on antibiotics and birth control. I got my period on December 2nd as expected and then again on December 31st (basically normal, but I missed two birth control pills towards the end so it may have been a day or so late). I was feeling nausea about a month ago, but I had been recovering from the stomach flu. I have taken 3 home pregnancy tests over the past month, and they have all come back negative. I am concerned because I am gaining weight around the waist and have some pelvic/lower abdominal pain. However, stomach aches are quite common for me and I have had ovarian cysts in the past.

I think about this all the time almost to the point of feeling paranoid. I think that my guilt over the incident is causing me to be this way, but I am worried about the weight gain. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated...do you think I am pregnant?

You are probably not pregnant.

Sometimes women gain weight when they are on hormonal birth control-- how long have you been on it? And how much weight are you gaining that its becoming a concern?
