Hi All. I've been on antidepressants for many years now. I was on Effexor for years and over the past year or so, switched to Prozac and Aderal. When on Effexor, I would get electric shock like feelings when I missed a dose. These feelings are happening again, but at random times, and I haven't been missing doses of Prozac or Aderal. Two weeks ago, my doc upped the Aderal from 40mg/day to 60mg/day. It's been helping my mood, but I've been really nauseous. And, suddenly I'm having those shock feelings. Starting yesterday, I got really achy, almost as if I had the flu, but I don't and it's still going on. Additionally, my stool has been quite hard, perhaps a bit constipated. Could these things all be related? Possibly from the Aderal? When I mention any symptoms to my doctor, he generally says they have nothing to do with the medication I'm on, so I'm wondering if I should see someone else?
