Not sure where you are, but from the sounds of it you have migraines. I started having htem about hte time I was 15. I am 50 now. Can you not find another physican or a neurologist? Home remedys i have triend, take a bag of peas out of the freezer and put it on the back of your neck and lie back in a dark room. You might also pinch the meaty fat piece between your thumb and pointer finger...accupressure. Did he rule out an inner ear infection? Glad you had MRI, this would rule out an aneurysm....which I had in 1999. I found that nortriptyline is working on my constant headaches. I still get the occasionaly, but not ot where I am confined to my room. Hope you find relief soon!
