i am a 47 year old women. i frequently have nausea and right shoulder, right shoulder blade pain and right arm pain that is throbbing. could it be my gallbladder? i have hardly any abdominal pain

Yes it can be. Get checked by your doctor. Sometimes feel like a Heart attack. They could also be symptoms of a heart attack. Women have all kinds of different symptoms. A friends mom's big toe was throbbing badly and she was having a heart attack. With my gallbladder, my shoulder was in terrible pain. I also passed out several times, do to stones getting stuck where stuff was suppose to come out. Had bad heartburn too. My stomach never hurt.
