Q: nausea and pains in abdomen

okay so last sunday i woke up feeling nausiated and i ate something thinking it was only my hunger talking but i ended up throwing it up. monday morning i woke up to some really bad stomach aches and threw up nothing but stomach acid. and every morning since has been the same routine and i feel really weak and tired afterwards. i also wake up with chills really cold. and i have a hard time eating now when i do its a small portion of food and i know im not getting the right eats im supposed to be getting. another thing yesterday i started getting like ugly pains on my lower abdomen and back. what can it be im really scared and dont know what is going on its never happened to me before.
help please! Sad

You need to see a doctor. This could be a viral infection or it may be something more serious. Without diagnostic tests it is difficult to say what this may be. Low abdominal pains could be gas pains that are secondary to a virus.
