I have nausea all the time seem to get worse at night. I have lots of head aches also worse at night. It hurts at the forehead and the base of the neck. I have recently began getting dizzy and feeling like I might pass out- I usually sit down when I feel this way.

The only medication I am on is birth control - lutera

Any suggestions?

sorry i don't know what's wrong but if ever I have nausea i chew on extra strong eucaliptus gum, it takes the nausea away immediately.

Have you noticed any correlation between stress or what you eat or anything? My best friend used to have the same sort of problem (she would get tunnel vision and black out as well, though). Hers, however, went away once she figured out that she just needs to eat something every two hours whether she's hungry or not--especially if she's stressed out. She never did go to the doctor for it, however, so I don't know what to tell you. Good luck.
