Every day for a while now, about a month to two months I have been
having horrible problems with nausea and headaches.
I experience nausea with out vommitting, or a mild to severe headache,
sometimes even both. I have done everything my doctor told me to to do
and nothing has worked. I have continued to eat right. Changed to a
lactose free milk, drank less milk, stopped taking my diet suplement,
everything. It hasn't eased at all. It could be anxiety, but he doesn't
think so. For a week now it has gotten worse. Every morning usually
around 9:00 to 10:00 I'll become extremely nauxious, where I feel the
urge to throw up, my face will become hot, and flushed, and I go into
a cold sweat. Within 10 to 20 minutes the symptoms just go away.
I'm worried. Another thing I have been told it could be is hyperglacemia,
but this morning it happened within minutes after I ate. My flushed face
could be from the Niacin in my vitamins, but where do the other symptoms
fit in? Please help.

Sincerely, Divanna.
