I too have the morning nausea. Doctors can give me no answers so I searched for other causes, which include
Stress (psychological factors)resulting in tight neck & shoulders (adds to tightness in head and creates headaches therefore nasuea)
Acid Reflux (GERD) - over production of mucus (yellow, green or thick white) - which is directly correlated with the over use of alchohol and bad eating habits
Withdraw or effects of cigarette nicotine and or marijuana
TRY THE FOLLOWING FOR ONE MONTH - PLEASE! These suggestions can help dramatically.
DO NOT SMOKE (ANYTHING)
CUT BACK OR STOP DRINKING (CUT OUT BEER ATLEAST)
DO NOT EAT THREE HOURS BEFORE GOING TO BED!!!!!
(ELEVATE YOUR HEAD ON SLEEPING IF POSSIBLE)
DRINK 8 GLASS OF WATER A DAY (NOT SODA)
CUT BACK ON CAFFINE OR NO CAFFINE (GREEN TEA PEOPLE, NOT MINT)
NO CHOCOLATE
EXERCISE AT LEAST 3 TIMES A WEEK
TAKE MULTIVITAMINS OR MEDS WITH LUNCH
DO NOT TAKE ANTIACIDS OR GERD MEDS FOR PROLONG TIME OR AT ALL
DO NOT EAT PROCESSED FOODS (EAT WHOLE UNPROCESSED FOODS)
DO NOT EAT GREASY FOODS OR FAST FOODS
BRUSH YOUR TEETH TWIC A DAY AT LEAST AND FLOSS!!
IF YOU DON"T BACTERIA CAN FORM IN MOUTH AND CAUSE SICK FEELING, HENCE NAUSEA
ALSO IF YOU WANT TO BE EXTREMLY PROACTIVE - TRY THE CANDIDA DIET (NO SUGAR, YEAST, etc.)
- THE DIET IS HARD< EXPECIALLY IN TODAYS SOCIETY, BUT I HAVE NEVER FELT BETTER IN MY LIFE AFTER THAT ONE MONTH!!!
