i just had a quick question about whether this was silly to ponder or whether it could actually be as i am pregnant. i have sore breasts, discharge, cramps, and vomitted lately yet it is a week before my next period. i also have this thing where if i lay on my stomach or if i have pressure on my belly, it has a very sharp pain in it like my lower abdomen. i was just wondering if this could be because my cervix is enlarged or because i am just bloated. if you could possibly answer me asap it would be amazing. thank you so much for all of your help.

What your feeling could very well be PMS symptoms. You never mention in your post whether you had unprotected sex or not. Secondly vomiting (i assume your thinking morning sickness), would not occur so early in pregnancy and if it WAS by chance due to pregnancy a test would come out positive.

Laying on your stomach and having a sharp pain really has nothing to do with pregnancy and I don't know why you would assume your cervix is enlarged based on this.

Wait until your period, if you're late then take a home pregnancy test.

PMS symptoms are very much like pregnancy symptoms, so it's easy to panic when you're worried about pregnancy and looking for early symptoms, but try not to stress too much on it. I'm not sure on your circumstances, but stress will only delay your period.
