Hi
Has your gastro Dr. checked you for helicobacter pylori (H Pylori)? I had a series of test run too, and had h pylori, which caused gastritis, nausea and stomach pain. A round of high power anitbiotics has fixed this problem for me. That and I've cut back off the Texas Pete. Hope you find some relief!
