I'm a 24 year old man, I was born with my left testicle in inguinal position. For what I know, this condition has never been treated, thereby at my age that status still persists. I've never talked about it with my parents since when I had the awareness of this condition (about 5-6 years ago). The strange fact is that, some days ago, in a period of great anxiety about the issue and with the greater and greater decision to do something, the left testicle appeared in my scrotum. It happened without an apparent reason and without any pain. It is positioned there still now. It feels quite normal, about the same size and consistency of the other. Can a testicle descend naturally at 24? What should I do? Should I take this as a good news? I'm not interested in fertility, I only fear cancer. Thank you and sorry for my poor English.
