Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Altered vaginal discharge smell, changes in appearance/consistency of vaginal discharge could be suggestive of vaginal infections. Go ahead with visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for examination, vaginal swab/smear test to identify causative agent. Get started on treatment as indicated. If infective cause is detected, (and if you are sexually active) get your partner also treated simultaneously to prevent chances of re-infection. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Avoid vaginal douching, use of harsh soap or perfumes in the area. Use loose cotton undergarments and avoid use of tight fitting clothes. If you are worried about pelvic floor laxity and loss of vaginal tone, go ahead with doing Kegel’s exercises to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and improve vaginal tone. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance.
Take care.
