Q: Natural remedies for heart ?

Has anyone tried using guggul to aid in helping the heart? If not, are there any herbs/supplements/vitamins you take that help?

I have HBP and Coronary Artery Spasms and my CRP blood test came back off the charts high as well as all my cholesterol tests (I have the genetic kind), sed rate and ANA.

My current meds (Coreg, Zocor and Nitro Spray) are working but I want to do more to try and get better. I take fish oil and probiotics supplements, too.
