I am 18 years old and have experienced problems maintaining erections during sexual activity. Are there any herbal/natural remedies (or anything over the counter for that matter) for erectile dysfunction that are actually affective?

Not enough data from independent medical study exists to confirm the effect of any herbal/ natural remedies for erectile dysfunction. Since there might be many causes for erectile dysfunction, you might want to visit your family doctor or an urologist for physical exam and/or some tests. More specific data about the erection problem (especially duration) might have been helpful.
