I have been taking xanax (the bars 2mg) for a few years on and off (mostly on) and when I am on it, it is the only time I do great in my life. I go to the gym, I handle all my errands, I am not lazy. When I am not on it I feal like I dont want to do anything like going to the gym and stuff and will stay home be lazy and only think about doing what I need to do (not do it). Also I tend to get anxiety to a point were I feal like everyone around me in public is simply focusing on me (even when I come to a realization that I am having anxiety and their not..I still think it on the corner of my eye).
Even though i can do without xanax ( even tho i love it ) I would like to know any natural methods to avoid anxiety or the need for xanax.
