Cranberry juice
My coworker had a bladder infection(which I think is the same) and she treated it with 100% cranberry juice(make sure it's not cranberry juice cocktail, that'll make it worse)
Here's a link to a CNN article about it.

Hope you get better!

Can't help you with a 5 minute cure.

They say cranberry pills help prevent a UTI however drinking unsweetened cranberry juice for several days can get rid of the infection.

Cranberries keep bad bacteria from clinging to the bladder walls and multiplying...

Why do you think you have a bladder infection?

You need to see a urologist. The discharge you are experiencing needs to be cultured to find out what it is and what is causing it. You probably did not acquire an STD from oral sex. Go to a urologist and get checked out.

Well.... i think you should get checked out mainly because of the discharge.

For the UTI i highly recommend drinking lots of cranberry juice and water throughout the day, and go frequently to the bathroom, don't wait to get the urge to go. This is how i got rid of an UTI, it took me about 5 days for it to go away.

Always remember to drink LOTS of water with crnaberry juice, and the 100pure cranberry you have to mix with water is the ONLY kind to GET, because the sugars in the other kind can make the bacteria multiply and obviously make it worse. DRINK lots of water, because Kidney stones can form from cranberry juice, if you don't drink a-lot of water. However the discharge sounds more like a yeast infection or something. Yeast infection can also cause frequent urination and UTI symptons, which most people aren't aware of, and yes men can get this too! GOOD LUCK!
