Q: Natural cure for sleep apnea ?

Hi there,

I think my wife has sleep apnea, as she has some of the symptoms (at least I think they're symptoms - I read them on Wikipedia).

Does anyone know if there is a "natural" cure for sleep apnea, or any kind of natural treatment that reduces its severity?

I had the same problem, I do have a reply on a more effective approach to acu-puncture, in this forum, a system using the same acu points for a better results, they have a product that regulates sleeps disorder, it has helped me so look into it, you got nothing to loose.
