Q: Natural calcium supplement

Hi, my mother was diagnosed with a little osteoporosis.

I am looking for any natural calcium supplement with as much calcium as possible.

Does anyone know any such supplement? From a short research I have done, I have come across some natural calcium supplements from corals.

Looking for "as much calcium as possible" is a mistake as far as I know.

Your body can only absorb 500mg at any one time. Further, calcium that is not absorbed or used can cause problems (one of which is calcium deposits below the skin).

Our bodies need vitamins A, C, D, and mineral Magnesium in order to absorb calcium. (In fact vitamin C is needed for absorption of many many things)

Check out this book "User's Guide to Calcium and Magnesium: Learn What You Need to Know About How These Nutrients Build Strong Bones"

OK, I am rephrasing my question:

I am looking for any natural calcium supplement with at least 500 mgr of calcium.

Does anyone know any such supplement? From a short research I have done, I have come across some natural calcium supplements from corals.
