Am bp-curious if anyone has used these natural substances w/ positive results... I heard St. John can make bp manic episodes even worse, I don't know if tryptophan would do the same thing/exacerbate a bp girl? Has anyone done well w/ fish oil-omega-3 or B vitamins?

increase sodium (salt) intake a little. (talk to your medical doctor first to make sure you can) That is what is in most mood stabilizers. Stay away from caffeine! The withdraws from the caffeine will suck but at least that is one less thing you have to worry about.

natural & BP
MOST of the B vitamins have deficiency symptoms of anxiety etc so they should help along with omega 3's,balancing your calcium magnesium & other minerals I emphasise BALANCE.
APPARENTLY i can't tell you all the sites that helped me on the road to recovery, but if you send me a message via this site i may be able to help you to work it out for your selves.
Good luck

lol i'm new how do i do that? I don't think I've had anxiety attacks er anything only a few times have I struggled w/ my breathing when I was in depressed mode. Mostly worried about my bad manic states, I can be very easily irritated and I feel terrible when I lash out, ALSO super worried about how paranoid/delusional I get when I'm depressed and I've noticed that I usually suffer from those episodes in the evening/nite
