I suffered from acne all over my face and body for 15 years. Antibiotics made my legs and teeth turn purple. Topical creams and lotions made my skin turn red and peel and I couldn't take accutane because I have kidney problems. And I'm glad I didn't because everyone I know who has taken it, has acne again now and has prematurely aging skin or some other long term complication. If you combine a very healthy diet full of lots of fruits and veggies with supplements like fish oils, vitamin D, Iron and natural topical remedies like sea salt, you will be much better off. Your skin does not want to be attacked by all those harsh creams and lotions and pills. Try Clarisea salts. They're the best. -Anita
