Hi I have had nasal polyps in my nose for what seems like a couple of years now, and now i am finally doing something about it. If these polyps have been in the nose a long time, can they cause the nose to enlarge? I'm sure my nose is getting larger, even though I thought it is supposed to stop growin once you reach 18?

Also If I was to have an operation to correct a deviated septum, does the surgeon remove any excess cartilage in the nose, and can this make the nose look smaller without having to go through the whole rhinoplasty process?
