I am 25 and a halph years old and I am pregnant of one month.
The problem is that i suffer from a myopia of (-2.5)since when I was 14,(at that time it was -1).
I have heard that women who suffer from myopia shoul not have a vaginal delivery of their babyes because myopia may increase during delivey, can you please tell me if it is true or not, and what kind of delivery you recomand??

Vaginal delivery and myopia

Myopia can increase due to the hormonal changes of pregnancy; however, the way in which the baby is born (C-section or vaginally) makes absolutely no difference in whether or not the hormonal changes will affect your eyesight.
