A few month ago I've diagnosed with early signs of Myelofibrosis.
The doctor told me that the only possible cure is a bone marrow transplant.
is the bone marrow transplant procedure any different than the bone marrow transplant for any other bone marrow diseases?
I'm asking this question because I have insurance problems and If I don't get proper coverage in California I might need to do it in Europe and I'm afraid they might not know much about this rare disease...

Thanks so much!
