When I was grade 7 I got into a fight with my older brother and he used the metal part of a dog collar to hit my throat. Now I am grade 11 and a lot of people tell me I have a weird voice. Like even when I speak low or high they won't hear the differences and they always think my voice sounds "soft". I remember immediately after my brother hit my throat I couldn't speak and it lasted about 2 weeks. Then after that whenever I talk to people on the phone they say my voice has changed and it's weird. I trust them because even my relatives told me the same thing. Should I see a doctor? If so what kind?

p.s. I'm living alone with my older brother right now so I don't think he'll bring me to a doctor.
