Im 15 and i have a 11 month old son Dustin. I love him to death. I have never met my mom and my dad and me aren't close at all. I live with a friend and now that my sons dad realized how bad he screwed up. He wants to have a part in his life. He's been around now for about 4 months and let me say its great having him around but im not sure if i can trust him all the way. Yesterday night we were sitting at his grandmother's so they could see the baby and he asked me to marry him. im not sure what i should do!!

Any advice??
Im trying to do whats best for me and my son but Having his dad around is allot of help but im not sure if i should marry him???

Hi Morgan,

Okay yes he is the babies father but you dont have to marry him for him to be always in Dustins life. Its great he wants to make that commitment to you, but maybe tell him you want to wait? and see how things pan out.

Your so very young, you got to think of Dustin now to, you dont want men coming in and out of his life as this could be very confusing.

I would just wait a little while and see how it goes, rather than rushing into something just because you feel you have to.
