It sounds like you might be having some side-effects from the pill. I was never able to take birth control pills for much of the same reason. They just didn't agree with my stomach. Check with your doctor to see if there is something else that won't make you sick.

Birth control pills can trigger yeast infections. In the morning I would call your doctor and see if they can see you? Your pill needs to be adjusted plus if it is a yeast infection he/she can prescribe you some diflucan. You can also buy something over-the-counter. Just want to remind you that you need to use protection on top of the pill for 30 days to allow the pill to get into your system. And a condom is always good to use either way if you are not in a long term relationship.
Avoid sex right now until you find out. Yeast infections can be passed back and forth.
