I have recently started gildess fe 120 and am on my second month. I was previously on tri sprintec and went straight to the new pills. My first month didn't have any problems. I started my second pack and I think I ovulated on this pill (I have been taking them at the same time every day and have not missed one pill). I had some bleeding/spotting which I assume was ovulation bleeding. I had sex on the day I think I ovulated (the third of June) and I took plan b 12 hours after we had sex. I was wondering what my chances of ovulation were? I was also wondering if I were to ovulate what my chances of pregnancy were with my pill and plan b used in conjunction.

I should also mention that I have been spotting since June 5th and started getting cramps tonight. I'm just really nervous and would feel better if I knew how likely it was that I was in fact pregnant.

If you took it as directed, as close to zero as you can get. It was likely breakthrough bleeding, or from a micro tear around your vagina during sex.

The Plan B will now mess around with your body. It is a very very strong birth control pill, and you took that on top of your current birth control pills. So expect some side effects, and even bleeding and spotting when you do not expect it.

Best of luck!
