Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Watch the bleeding, if it increases and becomes like your period, then chances of pregnancy is minimal. The swollen and itchy labia suggest possibility of infection. Do not delay your visit to your gynecologist (not regular family doctor) for examination and vaginal smear test to identify causative agent and start you on appropriate treatment. If active infection is detected, get your partner also treated simultaneously to avoid re-infection. Avoid intercourse while being on treatment course. Always use protection when having intercourse.
Take care.
