hey all,
ive been masturbating for about 4 years now, on a daily basis sometimes 2-3 times a day, and it always hurt after i urinated...ive recetnly just had sex for the first time, ive always used a condom but i did it once without for a few minutes. and i notice that for the hours following the sex and the next morning my penis will have a buring sensation after i urinate, and sometiems during, but usually into the afternoon i wont feel it burning. My girlfriend was not a virgin at the time, and has had sexual partners before, but she has had her PAP test done in december and also her blood work and there has been nothing found in either one. Im her first sexual partner since those tests, and NO STDS or STIS were found. also theres sometimes a verrry small discharge from the top of my penis, and its usually like not noticeable unless i look inside teh actual hole of my penis.also sometimes i have an itch, but ive had that before i had sex, juts now im noticing everything...what could this be? could this be a UTI ?

The sensation of pain or burning on urination is called dysuria and results from irritation or inflammation of the urinary tract, especially the bladder, prostate or urethra.
Pain at the start of urination usually indicates a urethral source of inflammation (the distal part of urethra is located inside the penile body).
Irritation due to masturbation and infection with GUT bacteria (not all UTI's are sexually transmitted infections) can be the reason for experiencing an UTI's symptom.
