Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you had your last periods on April 28th, then the timing of the unprotected intercourse are during your fertile days and your current symptoms could suggest possibility of pregnancy. The symptoms could be due to the uterus adjusting to the baby/fetus inside and implantation. Take adequate rest and drink plenty of water. It is normal to experience early pregnancy symptoms early (few women can experience them as early as 24 hours after a fruitful intercourse). Look out for development of any other new symptoms. Wait and watch for your next periods. If you suspect to be pregnant, visit your doctor/gynecologist for a thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). If uterus is found to be overactive, you might need to get started on uterine relaxants to help prevent chances of miscarriage and carry on pregnancy smoothly.
