I have had on again off again Issues with my health.

About 7 years ago I went to sit down one night and everything went dizzy, I felt a creeping feeling up my spine and into my brain which was causing a foggyness, slightly blurred vision and trouble focusing. It eventually started to include chest pains, trouble breathing...arm and leg pains and numbness

7 years later and it's still here, it's been an on again off again issue, and regardless of how many tests I've had, EKGs , X rays and some oxygen tests which show nothing wrong with me...Im told that I originally had Panic Attacks and Anxiety, which apparently has morphed into clinical anxiety, which is why for the past 2 weeks these symptoms have been almost non stop...

My question I supposed is , is this possible for anxiety to literally make me feel like im a zombie within my own body for most of the day every day, and feeling like Im going to die at others.
Are there possible physical causes for this?

I need my life back

Hi PhilV and welcome to ehealth: No, it isn't possible you will die from anxiety unless you make this happen by letting it control you to the point where you can't function.....What you are fighting is in your mind...You have embedded this so deeply that you no longer believe what the doctors say....It is only when you can get past this and slow yourself down, that you can defeat yourself...Panic attacks and anxiety can be fought...Not easy, but can be done...Kind of like teaching your mind to move on...

My best advice...Get a hobby...Occupy your mind...Do some charitable work...The minute it starts, turn it off...Leave that part of yourself 7 years back....I send you my best wishes...Take care...

Panic Attacks
When these episodes sneak into your mind, allow yourself to remember that they will pass. They are only in your thoughts and are not real. I have had dizziness, chest pains, stomach aches and more. I now know where these come from. It is a way for me to deal with conflicts and problems I cannot intellectually solve. Now when they come on, I get back to my real self by remembering that these feelings are created from thoughts and I move on.

Good luck
