Me and my boyfriend were dry humping, clothes on. We were both wearing jeans and underwear but afterwards, my vaginal area on my jeans and underwear was wet. I'm not sure if it was from me or from him. Is it possible that it could have been his ejaculate and I could possibley be pregnant, or was that just my own discharge?

If there was no vaginal penetration then possibility of pregnancy does not arise as sperms cannot travel through clothes.The discharge which you are explaining might be yours released due to excitement.

Relax and avoid nprotected intercourse.Consider using protection during any contact.
