My feet are always cold & sweaty, almost frozen to touch.

Why are my feet always cold but sweat like crazy? It drives me crazy. I can't walk barefoot on ceremic tiles even in summer, my feet will get really cold. Now it's winter, I am wearing thick wool socks & boots (for work) or socks & slippers at night, & my feet are still cold and still sweat. I sit at the desk or lounge with a blanket over my legs & a heated bean bag on my feet. It's the only way I can feel comfortable & keep my feet warm. Even at night in bed, I have the heated bean bag on my feet. If my feet are cold I cannot sleep. Sometimes at work through the day my feet are so cold it hurts. I can take off my boots & wool socks & touch my feet with my hands & they are frozen. I sometimes soak them in a bucket of hot water, then dry them & put them back into socks & boots & usually this will get me an hour or 2 with warm feet, but then they go cold again. What can I do?

Cold Feet can often be a sign of Bad Circulation. I suffer from it a bit myself. I often find a brisk walk helps to warm them up.
