Im 19 and alot has change with my life in smaal period of time. I Feel like I have to fix it for my little brothers and sisters. I hate where I'am right now nothing is going right , my family is getting torn apart.I feel like I have failed them and myself I was meant to fix it but I cant . every day I wish I wont wake up or think of suicide. I not doing so well at college due to the fact tha I cant think of that I cant focus on college at the moment.I hate how I look I have lost so much weight and it shows. I just want to be happy again with me and with life. have you got any advice how to change mylife for the better . I will not talk about this to my family because they have enough on their plate I will not make it worst. thank you

Hello.

I am sure there is always a way out. Since i do not know the details, my reply will not be specific. It seems you can benefit from a therapist's consultation. You have a strong motivation for fixing the problem (siblings). Use that motivation to work towards exploring your deepest thoughts and beliefs about the situation you are facing. Set specific life goals for the next few months. These goals will help you stay focussed. And every action and thought of yours can be weighed against the goals, and corrected if needed.

A therapist can help you in this process. Take care.
