my eye is still swollen six months after car accident?

I was in a car accident 6 months ago. I hit my head on the wind shield, got a black eye and a concussion. I was in a third world country at the time, and they did not check me very thoroughly. Now, 6 months later, my eye is still a little swollen (the bone under my eyebrow is swollen). When I smile you can see it even better because my eye is more shut than the other. You can see it anyway too, just not as much. It kind of looks like i got stung by something, and my eye is swollen. It also hurts when I touch the area where I hit my head (right above the eyebrow), and lately I get headaches around the same area, and it's very uncomfortable. I am just curious about what is happening ? It bothers me, and I have a feeling it is getting worse for some reason. please respond! Thank you.
