I had sex with my girlfriend and used a condom and ejaculated in it. An hour we decided to have sex again with another condom to be safe and after several minutes we noticed the condom ripped. But i did not ejaculate. Im wondering if there is any chance she could have gotten pregnant?

Not likely... The amount of sperm in pre-ejaculatory semen is minimal at best. Don't stress about it too much, and tell her not to stress. Stress will make her period come late, and then she'll REALLY freak out. But I'm sure it's fine. Keep practicing sdafe sex though! Good for you guys!
