Getting Pregnant Answer A27025
Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you have been sexually active especially after finishing with periods (and if you are not on any form of birth control measures), the symptoms of breast soreness and increased vaginal discharge could be suggestive of possibility of pregnancy. Pregnancy is a possibility especially if ovaries are functional and if you are not into menopause. If pregnancy is suspected, look out for development of any new symptoms. Wait and watch for your next periods. If you develop symptoms suggestive of pregnancy, or if you get abnormal periods, or if you suspect to be pregnant, visit your doctor/gynecologist for further examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating gynecologist/obstetrician and report any unusual/abnormal/new symptoms immediately.
Take care.
