Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The symptoms that you describe could be due to the orgasm and post-coital effects of orgasm which can at times cause headaches, fainting or breathing problems, irritability, crying, anxiety, severe fatigue etc. These usually are attributed to the increase in blood pressure, blood flow to the brain, coronary arteries (which can spasm at times), and lungs. If the symptoms recur or last longer, you should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance. Avoid repeat orgasms. If you have had reported and confirmed loss of consciousness, then chances of TIA (transient ischemic attack) or SAH (subarachnoid hemorrhage) also cannot be ruled out. In such situation, further evaluation is urgent, necessary and important. Get started on treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and investigations results). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
