Current medical status: i have had lower bag pain a numbness tingling burning sensations in my legs for about 2 years now after a mva. but recently pain has not let me be able to work. mri is (-) says dr. What other kind of tests or procedures can be done to cure me.
Current medical treatment: muscle relation, gabapention, physical therapy

It doesn't seem likely to me that an MVA (manual vacuum aspiration) could cause or could somehow be related to your “lower bag pain and numbness, tingling and burning sensations in the legs”. Your symptoms can be due to a kind of neuropathy. The negative MRI means that eventual neuropathy, in your case, is not due to any spinal nerve compression caused by a spondylotic change (bulging disk, disk herniation, osteophytes, etc.) of the spine.

You may need an ENG to confirm or exclude if you really have any type of neuropathy. You may want to consult a neurologist about this.
