Hello and welcome to eHealth Forum!

If you had your clothes on and there was no proper intercourse with penis entering the vagina, then you cannot be pregnant. It is possible that your partner ejaculated in your hands. Even if this came in touch with your vagina, there is hardly a chance that you could become pregnant as most sperms die on coming in contact with air and clothes. Also by kissing and touching each other you cannot become pregnant.

If you are feeling tired it could be because you are worried and also it could be due to anemia. Since a confirmed diagnosis for your tiredness cannot be given on net please discuss this with your doctor once. Hope this helps. Take care!
