Forget the chiropractor, and go see a spine specialist. Either an orthopedic surgeon that specializes in spines or a neurosurgeon that specializes in spines only.

X-rays show a very limited view of the spine and do not help in determining if there are disc problems, nerve compression or other things going on.

Until you get in to see a spine specialist, heat and ibuprofen may help to ease some of your pain.

i do have pain in the thoracic area of my back and it is due to the muscles and the doctor told me to have good posture and do some back excersize to stregthen the muscles. yes i had an mri and it came back normal no slip disc or anything

Long, you might want to ask your doctor if he/she would order a round of physical therapy for you.
That way you can learn, not only, proper exercises to strengthen your core muscles, but also good posture technique and a physical therapist can be sure you are doing exercises correctly and the correct ones and be sure you are standing and moving correctly.

dear doceters ....first of all thank u for u r time...i,m having pain in my sholders near at the chest and in the hed and in stomic...the docter dont know becuse i took lots of tablet thay did test thay did ecg and som of blod test i think this is gistric pain som docter givs me musuls medecin but still the pain is there som of them givs me liks omiprozool daijestin and much more but still i feel pain but i think this is gas pain becuse when i,m eating i feel non happy feel in tention and feel there is gas goving up from my stomhic on the left sid and there thay make pain and top on the shoulder also...but i went one docter last time she tested som kind of blod test and she said there is somthing smol out in leaver and in the kidny...this is the only efect in all the test..nothing els no test showing som time i,m thinking a lot like i,m goving to die non happy when ever i feel these pain ....dont know what to do becuse all the test is clesrs.now this one docter said u must do like test camara test whats relly goving on in the stomic....plese reply me if u wanna give me any answer...thank u for u r time...
