Those were the first symptoms I had of Myasthenia Gravis. I was so scared it was ALS, but thankfully it's not. I would recommend you see a neurologist to test for acetycholine antibodies and get testing. I know it's creepy when that still occasionally happens to me. Mine started in my feet--felt like popcorn popping.
